There is a lot of talk about the wage gap in America. Unfortunately, much of that talk is about the fact that women often earn far less than men who are performing the exact same jobs.

In some cases women have been found to earn $.76 on the dollar for every salary earned by a man. Glassier recently published a report titled Demystifying the Gender Pay Gapwhich found that the pay gap between men and women is 24.1%.

While there are certainly numerous jobs where men earn more than women, there are also a handful of careers in which women earn more than their male counterparts.

This list doesn’t take into account the location of workers or specific companies. Instead, it examines 10 jobs on a national basis that pay women more than men.
