Good article although I don’t necessarly agree with all th points. Let’s take gold as an example. It hasn’t burst yey. It’s at all tme high at the moment. Also, the alternative energy. After the Japan disaster I would think that we’ll see more and more of it.thanks

hipsters aren’t spoiled brats. they’re the ones who pay for their own apartments by cutting down on everything else, like new clothes, fine dining and expensive jewelery. the ny times article is about spoiled kids whose parents don’t realize they are screwing their kids up more than they realize.

That is a preposterously ignorant statement. RIsing prices are a result of inflation. That result may be postponed, but it ALWAYS manifests itself over time as the inflated currency makes its way through the economy.

The entire purpose of the Federal Reserve is to enrich its owners by inflating the currency, and since their incorporation in 1913, we have been robbed of over 95% of the value of the US dollar.

If you believe wholly in the conspiracy theory of banking and government, it’s difficult to credit the gold bug movement as anything other than out of touch. Part and parcel of Evil World Government is controlling the stock exchange. Plunge Protection Team, anybody? I don’t believe the price of gold will be going very far up till the dollar, with all its supporters, goes all the way down.
