You're Sitting On A Gold Mine" by Rudolf Lipschitz. A detailed discussion about his novel approach to conservative radical feminism and wealth creation can be found in Wikipedia. He was a strong supporter of Ayn Rand and her Objectivism which stresses individualism and limited independent thinking. Vice Presidential candidate Palin advocates the reformist conservative feminist philosophies of both Lipschitz and Rand. She's an expert on both! Even though it is a novel, its hero is Dagney Taggart, a role model for literally thousands of women over the years.
