How many of the factors slowing them down were in place before Rollins took charge?  How long does it take to turn a ship the size of Dell around? Etc.

I think that it is quite possibly incorrect to conclude that Rollins (or The Gap&#039;s Pressler, or even Nardelli at Home Depot) are the root cause of bad results.
