A Due Diligence Ball For Invesment Bankers

It seems that the sole publicly traded strip club company had a due diligence ball for investment bankers and analysts recently. Most companies try to hide their inner workings, but sin businesses have always taken the opposite approach, in part because people are so reluctant to invest in them. I wonder how many husbands said "no really honey, I have to go to the strip club – it's part of my job."

You wrote about the sin business without recognizing the sin that can occur in business. Performing due diligence on the investment banking community would probably identify many problems that weaken our economic development. The hiding of charges ultimately will show up somewhere in the organizational behavior. Always will and the nature of security will be revealed in a very strange manner.
