TBE has led me to spend a lot of time reading about organizational theory, peer production, etc. Today while reading this paper I came across a statement that I think is a good definition of an entrepreneur (although it wasn't really presented as a definition). I'll remix it below as a definition.
An entrepreneur is someone that translates market information into organizational commands.
