This could prove to be a very good move for AMD.
Advanced Micro Devices Inc. will introduce Wednesday a new brand name for chips used in inexpensive personal computers, as it tries to gain market share from arch-rival Intel Corp.
It is primarily a marketing move, as opposed to a technological one, but I think it is a good move.
