At the new blog, we are using AudioBlog to post files. It is very easy and you have multiple options. You can upload an mp3, you can record with a microphone directly to the site (this is helpful if you use the windows recorder that limits you to 60 seconds) or you can call a phone number and record your post. If you want to try audio business blogging, I would highly recommend them.
