		<description>One must really distinguish between Social Security and Medicare.  The former is at most a small problem and may not be one at all.  The problem with the latter is health care and is much, much worse.  The latter demands a solution and one will be forced on us sooner or later, with later being the next ten years.  The sooner we act on it the better, but it is not amenable to simpleminded tax increases or benefit cuts.  It needs an entire rethinking of health care in this country.  Anyone that thinks it can be fixed with anything less is ignorant or naive.</description>
