Brand Loyalty at Netflix

Director Mitch has an interesting post on brand loyalty at Netflix and their desire to raise prices. I agree that they should have offered a long-term option to lock in the low rate. The two best kinds of customers are those that sign up for the long term, and those that pay in full up front.

UPDATE: John Moore has picked up on Mitch's post and used it to discuss the more general idea of price increases. Jeremy has thoughts on the issue as well. Interesting stuff Mitch has stirred up.
