There are many pearls of coaching wisdom in the book... maybe too many. For example, Lisa writes about "sharing your goal." It's a powerful catalyst and while she covered the point well it was over so fast I'm afraid it could get lost. My solution was to read the 103 pages twice to make sure I didn't miss anything.
