Not in the UK, apparently.
Tesco Spokesman Stuart Neill said: "When a customer chooses to buy the insurance, details of it are sent out for them to read. This is very much standard across the industry. This customer is not going to be able to use this Tesco Insurance service to sue Tesco. We have not heard of any cases of this happening before."
Too bad this didn't happen in America. Here there is always a way to sue.
