I wonder… can Saddam ever regroup? If he is not found, could he join forces with other terrorist groups and use his Baath party supporters to make Iraq a living hell for the new government? If the US maintains a large military base in Iraq, Saddam would probably do whatever was necessary to obtain a nuke to use on that base. Of course, bin Laden was never found and so far he has been about as effective as a dead man at plotting revenge. Maybe what happens to Saddam is irrelevant.
