Is Job Stress Killing You?

Everyone knows that job stress creates all sorts of problems. From poor sleep to bad eating habits to marital problems and everything in between. But did you know that the cumulative effects of job stress may be killing you?

When considering a job, most people think about salary and social prestige. Far fewer people consider the overall effects on quality of life. And even fewer people are aware of the health effects that your job can have on you.
