Via the paper version of Businessweek, I found out about Cereality, the new cereal bar backed by some big players in the field. An interesting new concept, to be sure. I'll go out on a limb and say that despite the low carb craze, this is here to stay.
I say we business bloggers all pitch in and buy a Cereality franchise as an experiment. Since Jon is looking for work, I nominate him to run it!
