Classical Music = Bigger Profits?

I wouldn't take this research too seriously.

A British scientific study shows that a bit of classical music can persuade diners to buy pricier wines, more expensive desserts and fancier coffees.

Image matters. That is why Starbucks can charge so much for coffee. I'd like to see them try this study at McDonalds, and see if classical music improves sales. I don't think it would.
