Talk about avertising everywhere.
Homeless people in Holland are being given free winter coats - on the condition they allow firms to advertise on them.
Ice cream firm Ben & Jerry's has become the first to sign up for the service and hundreds of beggars in Amsterdam now sport warm jackets paid for by the US firm.
I can't pass judgement on this without seeing what the coats look like. For some reason I am picturing a huge ad that covers most of the coat, which seems tacky. I don't see consumers responding to that. But a nice small "provided by Ben and Jerrys" might go a long way in consumer minds.
