I think the Disconnect between Strategy and Execution can be compared to the level of disconnect between the company Leader and it’s employees.
For starters just how approachable is the CEO, CFO…
As an employee would you be afraid to converse with him/her if you were in the same room… I think if you really investigate this you would be shocked…

I thought you posed an interesting question. I’m focused on creating a step improvement in execution of strategy. I’ve got a blog dedicated to that.
