Domino’s Unveils Customized Delivery Vehicles

Domino’s has just refreshed its brand with a pretty snazzy looking custom pizza-delivery vehicle.

The new cars will be driven by employees in 25 markets across the United States.

The company has named the vehicle’s the Domino’s DXP. The cars are modified Chevrolet Sparks outfitted with a warming oven and extra storage areas in the front and back.

To make room for extra equipment the vehicles only feature a driver’s seat.

In busy areas the vehicle could do wonder’s for the company as it is capable of holding up to 80 pizzas at a time.

“The Domino’s DXP is the first purpose-built vehicle aimed at revolutionizing pizza delivery,” said Russell Weiner, president of Domino’s USA, in a news release. “This innovation allows drivers to do their jobs with greater ease and efficiency, and demonstrates that Domino’s is absolutely fanatical about making perfect deliveries.”

The DXP is debuting in Boston, New Orleans, San Diego and Detroit.
