Here is a nice post about failure, with some interesting quotes. One from Jimmy Buffett that I had never seen before, but really like, is this:

If you decide to run with the ball, just count on fumbling and getting the shit knocked out of you, but never forget how much fun it is just to be able to run with the ball.

Act on your dreams. There are worse things than failure.
