Gentech has included some stock gains in with revenues from operations. There is some debate over whether or not this is in accordance with GAAP, but regardless, it is a bad sign for investors. This makes it complicated to evaluate the underlying business model, and thus makes future prospects for the company uncertain. The good news is that Gentech claims they are going to be more open in future financial reports. Let's hope they go through with it.
