Google Doesn’t Understand Small Business Owners

If you work at Google and you read this blog, you may have to lean close because I need to tell you about two words that can't dare be mentioned together within the walls of the internet behemoth. I'll have to whisper them. Are you ready? The words are… personal relationship.

Local sales have always been done that way, and I'm sure that scares the hell out of Google. The company mindset there seems to be all about data crunching and minimizing the need for a real human to do anything. That is good for many many things, but not for small business owners. Google's latest idea, to have random people gather data about businesses and submit it to Google,
