It's not even the now they focus on, they daydream and chat and waste time because they have no burning vision of a charismatic CEO and a fiery purpose. This is why CEO blogging and more so, CEO Videocasting, is mandatory. To cultivate within, and project without, a visionary, compelling, maybe even somewhat amusing leadership into a prosperous and exciting promised land. good question for all to ponder.
