I-64 As a Barrier To Louisville’s Economic Growth

Those of you in and around Louisville may find 8664.org interesting. It is a plan to tear down the local interstate along the river and reroute it to the East. The idea is that a vibrant waterfront would help downtown much more than an interstate.

    Yeah, unless there is a baseball game or some specific event, waterfront is dead. But it’s better than 15 years ago, when you didn’t go downtown period.
