HR blogger Gautam Ghosh recently landed an interview with Sanjeev Bikhchandani, CEO of Naukri. The company is rare in that they took investment money just before the tech meltdown, but made it through that rough period to a recent IPO.

I have to address to CEO of naukri.com that their service is poorest I have ever faced on Internet. I from Gravity Informatics and I am into IT business since year 2001 and I have never encountered an online business where we are ready to pay money but these guys keep delaying taking it. It takes at least a week to setup account and start posting jobs. Where as you go to monster and other sites its instant.
I dont understand in which age Naukri.com guys lives. But their service is poorest.
