…in technology? This is the kind of stuff that worries me. Coming from a technical background, I have a high level of appreciation for technical knowledge, and I think the problem-solving methodology taught in engineering school can be applied in many other fields successfully. If we as a society can't step up our level of education, then I will finally begin to worry about offshoring and teh related job loss. It's possible that the poor U.S. education system could end up making me a protectionist! (ok, that will never happen)
