		<description>I don&#039;t know how we got to this place where personal responsibility is slipping from our vocabulary; however, I sense that we began sliding down the slippery slope sometime during the LBJ administration. Since the mid-&#039;60s, words such as entitlement and shareholder earnings have been pushing asside personal responsibility (accountability) and customer service.
