Did the police check the trees? Was it snowing that badly on the night of her murder that the person(s)could have got into the house without being noticed? Did the police check and interview everybody on the Guest list to the Ramseys' christmas party? I believe that a stalker must have been at the party and told her that Santa was coming to visit, the stalker planned everything from the murder to the ransom note. The list needs to be checked thoroughly to erase people who couldn't have done it. By the way i'm a 15 year old from england, so these are just my hunches.
