Jotzel is almost done, and I need some people to surf on over and help test it out before we launch it at one of the CotCs. The basic idea is to put the best of the web for business in one place. With everyone reading different business stuff on the web every day, if you each submit a link or two to the best things you read, we should have a good cross section of the best stuff out there.
I need people to
- submit articles from around the web (news and blogs, but don't worry about the categories) – you can do this without registering
- register, read the articles in the queue, vote on them, and see if they make it to the front page or get dropped
- write a diary entry (like a blog post but appears only on Jotzel)
- See if you can find the "post a comment" link – (I've been told it is too small, but I cannot figure out how to change it)
- Read the FAQ and let me know what else you would add
You can submit your own stuff, or stuff you read on the web, blogs, whatever. You can submit just links, links with commentary, or totally original stuff.
If you are the kind of person that does not want to start a blog, but would like to write something everyone once in awhile, be sure to register and post something to the site when it catches your interest. Over time, we hope this site becomes a daily version of the CotC, except that it will include articles from the mainstream business news in addition to blog posts. We can flag articles on the Cotc that were popular on Jotzel, so that people checking in to read the weekly best can see the intersection of good reader selected and writer submitted articles.
