Anyone want to wager on how overweight the driver of that car is? My guess is a BMI of 30 or more.

I passed this person today – only they had 2 dogs and no leashes – kinda freaky. first the dogs were on the far side of the road and the car was going slow, then the car pulled over so I could pass and the dogs came out in the middle of the road!
