Some people don't care as long as it's going on your property and not theirs.....this is what I really have a problem with......today I just put out my garbage can and the neighbor's dog passed his owner's can up and came over and relieved himself on mine....and it made me so mad(we have to keep our cans in the garage, not leave them outside....so this is the problem, come summer,it will start to smell) ........she just opens her garage and lets her dog run around until he decides to go home.....saw him crap in the other neighbor's yard also.....and she has a dog.....I do not have one, I do not think this is a place for animals......but if you do have one, you need to keep it off other peoples lawns.... and pick up after it when it does it's business.....which I've seen people, that do not pick up after their pets. I wonder how she would feel if she didn't have a dog and my dog did that to her property?????
