I've done the commune-startup and it's a LOT of fun - 5 guys rented a big place in Miami. It worked but the business didn't (we shouldn't have let the CEO also work from home ;-). I think the worst scenario would be the one that wasn't mentioned here ... a mixed group -- that would have all the makings of a realty TV show. Very funny.

I’ve done the commune-startup and it’s a LOT of fun – 5 guys rented a big place in Miami. It worked but the business didn’t (we shouldn’t have let the CEO also work from home ;-) .
