I&#039;ve done the commune-startup and it&#039;s a LOT of fun - 5 guys rented a big place in Miami. It worked but the business didn&#039;t (we shouldn&#039;t have let the CEO also work from home ;-).

I think the worst scenario would be the one that wasn&#039;t mentioned here ... a mixed group -- that would have all the makings of a realty TV show.
