With the Ideafestival coming up in a few weeks (you should sign up!), I received an invitation to a kickoff party. The invitation was a pretty creative approach to marketing, and did an excellent job of taking the target market into account. Instead of "Please join us at blah blah blah," the way most party invitations read, this one starts off with the line party like you've got braincells to spare. Very cool. It plays directly to the geek ego.
