I’m gonna just roll on this one… Who knows where it will go..? Could go no place..? Could go right to his door..?

It seems no one knows what it’s for, probably because it’s not ready to use yet… People are so naive and stupid to believe it has no function… It probably hasn’t generated infected enough computers to satisfy its author’s so called “Storm”… Ideally it could be pushed back to square-one by everyone formating C, and reloading from clean OS install CD’s.. But to satisfy Microsoft’s investors political insatiable-greed killed that opportunity several years ago… Unless Microsoft issues a free clean OS to the world, Storm can’t be stopped…

I wonder how many computers Storm needs, to satisfy its handler that it is now ready to run his “Storm”.. and what have we got to stop it, or deflect it, or clean it..?
Is it feasible to create an antibody for Storm..? a bit of software that connects to the bug, and echoes the bug’s commands inwardly, causing it to self-destruct..? Or recognizes and sends its commands to a dump, or into a “diaper”..?

I’ve heard that storm is not easily detectable.. so is there an anti-virus detection system that detect a bug by following a bug’s foot-steps or vapor trail.. logging the things done that the storm virus would do, then just follow the trail to the packet… then a message pop up warns the user to format-C…

Given that it is a personal bit of pet-software, it must have a home address somehow written into it, to be open for “run-storm” commands by the author/operator(s), who are very likely American Intel, for America to implement when the need arises to run their “take over the world WW4″ scenario…
Storm is obviously a big-boy’s anti-communications weapon…

Obviously the address is encrypted, and maybe it calls home every month or so, to talk to daddy, and ask for orders, which might be pre-written, and may well need only a single single digit code manipulation in the proper encrypted-slot to run the storm… I’m guessing that the virus isn’t complete in its present form.. that it has another half of it waiting to be attached to it… Figure the bug’s docks, and write things that plug-up its holes… How many holes an d docks does it have..? How big is its “other half”..?

To be a “World War E-Storm”, the software needs a way to seize and package all of its component PC’s… Me thinks that’s part of its achilies-heal…

Can the storm bug be detected in a home computer..?

Does it have a signature function, or signature operation..?

Can any of its components be detected..?

If it were to kill computers all around the world, what part of the OS would it target..?
Where does storm frequently in an OS..?

An educated guess tells me that Storm is probably set to trigger when most of the world’s most computers are busy running, but not monitored so much, but time-zones makes it difficult to hit the whole world at the same opportune moment.. so it must be when the major portion of the Internet is at its busiest.. probably near America’s greatest holiday, just after it, the minute the stock market opens.. maybe the American stock market’s noon hour, maybe 2010 or 2020..?
What is the date of the minute storm first showed..?

A deeper guess, pulled out of the ethers, tells me that the storm-virus is missing three major components, and its detonator, for it to be the author’s “E-Storm Bomb”… I suspect it somehow needs to dock to the author’s computer to be refitted for battle… Find its docking points… How well does storm resemble a nuke, or a bomb, or a real-storm..” Does Storm hold an encrypted black & white portrait of its creator..? What’s its size in k-bytes..?

Any more, I just don’t have the experience and expertise to even begin to speculate on it…

Provide me with more data on the storm-bug, and I might be able to dig for more obscure data from the ethers, to help you defeat it, before the shit hits all our fans…
If somehow the author of the storm bug gets drift of my post, I suspect I will be targeted for a PC OS destroying slap… I’ll keep this in mind should this PC ever catch a serious bug that I can’t deal with, and would send the hd to someone worthy and skillful enough to dissect the bug, to determine the ID of the perp…

As I was about to send this post, out of the ethers, I suddenly pickup on the handle “glow worm”.. but I absolutely don’t know why I got it, nor if it is even related to the storm-virus..? But it probably is, somehow..? It could be his sister, or his girlfriend, or mum, or just his favorite childhood toy, or his collection of toys..? Maybe he runs a website called glow worm..? Maybe he breeds glow-worms..? Maybe he’s got a glow worm tattoo..? Maybe he was in prison, and his handle was glow worm..? Maybe he lives where there a lot of glow worms..?
