IF AN INDIVIDUAL HAS FUNDS THAT ARE UNCLAIMED,WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO RETRIEVE THEM ,ESPECIALLY WHEN THE WEBSITE AT FIRST SAY THAT IT IS FREE?
