My whole life I have never seen a low-carb store, now there are three that have opened near my house since January. Riding a fad may be a nice way to make a quick profit, but I hope some of these entrepreneurs have an exit strategy. The bread industry has decided to start fighting back, and other industries have been for a while. It seems like most people's diets will be determined by which industry has the best marketing.
