I like this quote from a Sun article:
He asked: "Everyone who refuses this war – why?"
Pointing to the statue, he went on: "Come here and live two days with this man, and then refuse this war."
The statue was Saddam Hussein. Apparently the Iraqis begged American troops to put a rope around it so they could pull it down.
