Zach Lynch expanded on my previous post about human nature. He understands what the post was trying to say, which is nice because I think some people missed it. He also understands that this is going to be a huge change in the near future. Our new understanding will lead us to new tools, which will "change the nature and shape of firms." I couldn't agree more.
