I didn't read it until this morning because it is so long, but it is full of good information on what not to do in a business relationship. If you believe, like I do, that it is better to learn from other people's mistakes so that you make less of your own, go check out the post – particularly the bullets near the bottom where Jay summarizes the things he learned. Very good stuff.
