Outsourcing May Create US jobs

That is the title of an article on page A2 of the Wall Street Journal today. A study to be released today claims that the higher productivity from U.S. companies seding computer systems work abroad led to 90,000 new jobs across the economy in 2003. Professor Ron Hira is quoted in the article as being critical of the study because it only looks at one industry. Nonetheless, this study should provide some interesting debates.
