The Nation takes a look (from the Left of course) at private prisons. Interesting stuff, but I still think it is a good idea if done correctly. My dad heads up a construction company, and the project he is most proud of is the jail they built. It gave him a good feeling to know he was contributing to keeping criminals off the streets.
