Now I am unable to pay my bills. Getting penalty, late fees, finance charges, etc. I called their branch to ask and was referred to "RISK OPERATIONS". The explanation is they cannot identify me as the owner. The problem is I am currently out of the country. They want me to present at their bank. Is this just a glitch of the system suddenly flagging my account or does the bank have problem financially blocking accounts at will. Anyone can help what to do? But this company is nothing more than a sleeze ball company with slumlords running it. WaMu's problem is GREED. Seeing some other stories from the mortgage end and knowing how wrong they did me with my credit card,leads me to believe that my statement is accurate.WTG WaMU, next time use a nuke, it'll be quicker It would be nice if the only problem WaMu had was intergrating their IT.
