HR World has a post about the top 25 signs of a dysfunctional workplace. You will probably read it and nod your head in agreement. The last one, that no one ever gets fired, relates to a job I used to have. We would joke that we could go 6 months without doing any work before anybody would even start to notice, and that it would take another 6 months after that to get fired.
