Starbucks is targeting China and Japan. I couldn't find a free link to the article, but if you have access to The Wall Street Journal or Far Eastern Economic Review you can find it. This company is amazing. I can't imagine what people must have said years ago when Howard Schultz had a business plan to sell a high-priced version of what most people probably considered a commodity product. But can Starbucks convert a nation of tea drinkers over to coffee? This should be interesting to watch.
I guess things have changed since this happened a few years ago. It was quite a backlash against Starbucks.
