The worst thing is when a company publishes its annual report, it tries to depict a stable picture to calm down its investors and share holders. At the end of the day, it all comes down to conscience, morality and personal ethics.No matter how hard the law enforcement agencies try to stop such manipulations, they can not do so until the accountants and auditors change themselves.
