    Why should they have done market research? This was a group of college students pRobably doing the equivalent of your senior design project. How much market research did you do for that?
    Although I would never buy one, I think it is a fantastic idea, and even more impressed that it works.

    Rob, this doesn’t look like a true product, but like a research project–in which case it should be exactly like it is.

    If it really was a product, why don’t you think there would be a market for it? I bet there would be a HUGE market for this item.
