In business, there is always a temptation to change your strategy. Most of the time I have no problem. When it comes to pricing, market positioning, operations, financing, etc., I usually feel confident I have made good decisions, and I stick with the strategy. But when it comes to marketing, the reverse is true. I find it hard to stick with a strategy. I constantly re-work print ads, thinking they never say what I want them to. I get to a grassroots event and wish I had a different setup. I don't know if it is a lack of confidence in the strategy or just fear when I don't see immediate results. Does anyone else have the same issue?
