I agree with Robert Prather's analysis on tax cuts. Small cuts will have little or no effect on the economy, so let's scrap that idea or make them bigger. Of course, I think the whole tax system is screwed up. Maybe I'll write a mini-essay on why we should move to a consumption tax…
