My lawyer hasn't sent a bill yet........god i dont want to see it either. Anyway, TBW hasn't paid my old loan off or my property taxes. I stopped escrowing my payments to them since i cant get the money and they wont pay anything with it ;why pay it? I am gonna have to pay it on my own because of TBW. Why not keep the money on my end!!! PS: to everyone on here..........check out TBW's website. They are ordered to start paying money out to debtors. Check out the website and have your lawyers look at it. Sounds like a very small ball is beginning to roll. Bonnie,

The one posted on the website didn't have any payments posted since Jan. That is how I got the different addresses. What state are you in. I am in Michigan. My lawyer bill is over $3000. I make small payments but they had better pay this! DO you know what people are talking about with paperwork? TB&W transfered my old mort. to BofA and my escrow up to that time. I got BofA to repay me for my Homeoweners Ins. and property tax. So I guess I lucked out on that. But BofA won't release the rest of the Escrow. Keep me posted. James,

I asked for a new statement since TB&W is still servicing my refianced loan. I got a reply within 12 hrs. with a new address on 14th Street to mail my payments. I was told before to NOT mail my payments to that address but to Magnolia Street. Now I wonder if they will loose the payment AGAIN. Anyone else get that letter? BofA has stopped sending my notices of the old refinanced loan that they insist I have since I filed a lawsuit against them. BofA has not released the escrow they say they have. We refinanced 8/21/09 and the forms says as long as it was before 8/24/09 so....I'll believe it when i see it!! I have been calling boa everyday for the past 6 months and they finally told me Monday that the FDIC released some of our pay off funds but not all! So they are "RESEARCHING" it for the millionth time!!! I'm so upset with the title company how could they not have known this was happening they shouldve just waited another week adnd we wouldve been ok!!!errrr!!! has anyone who refinanced got there payoff funds issued and closed out???? Someone please help with some insight?? Is there anyone from BOA that REALLY has the truth?> every time I call which is alot!! They tell me a different story!!!!!!! Did they send it out to everyone? Or was it just for people that submitted a claim and I need to submit another one? It says that all claims need to be submitted by like June so I guess we won't be seeing our money until after then...
