Slacker Manager recently published a list of the Slacker@Work principles. It's a good list to review to start the new year because this way of slacking can actually lead to a pretty productive life. But don't stop with yourself, work on some overall business slacking too, because new research shows that operational slack can be a good thing, given there inherent limitations of our attention capacity in business.
